Book Review:

ABDUCTED BY ALIENS,

or How I Learned to Cope with High Strangeness,

Government Harassment, and My Mother (a True Story) by Chuck Weiss

As a novice to the topic of alien abductions, this book was an eye opener for me and an education.  The format of it being written from Mr. Weiss's personal journal brought an immediacy and reality to the subject. The reader becomes a participant in what, to say the least, was an intimate and at times unbelievable roller coaster ride.

Mr. Weiss thoroughly covers the topic from his own personal perspective to the dot.  The book drew me in and after reading it I found myself feeling that I wanted to know more.  I wanted to know about the aliens themselves on a more personal level and more specifics about their world.  This of course was beyond the scope or intent of this book, and in that sense I believe Mr. Weiss accomplished his task very well.  I came away with the beginnings of an understanding and a curiosity for more.

From a larger perspective, considering the current global state of affairs,, this book is very timely.  In my mind, right now the world needs all the help it can get.  It is time for us to be open to what may be beyond our immediate horizon.
